Mood Disorders Ottawa
MDO is a registered nonprofit, volunteer-run organization
that supports people with mood disorders and their loved ones.

Each week, we’ll begin with a check-in, grounding and warm-up. Then, we'll explore a theme using creative dance and movement. We may use props, writing, drawing and games as well. Afterward, there will be time for personal reflection and group sharing. We’ll close each session with a calming activity, such as mindful movement, guided imagery, or relaxation breathing.
All are welcome. No dance experience necessary.
