Mood Disorders Ottawa

MDO is a registered nonprofit, volunteer-run organization
that supports people with mood disorders and their loved ones.

MDO PEER SUPPORT GROUPS

As a result of the CMHA move, we will temporarily be holding Peer Support Groups at the Ottawa Public Library, Sunnyside Branch. It's at 1049 Bank Street across the Canal Bridge from Landsdowne Park.

New temporary meeting time is 7:00pm-8:30pm.

We would like to thank you for your understanding and for bearing with us during this transition period!

A safe, supportive place to be, surrounded by adults with a mood disorder who 'get it'.  A peer support group, for adults 18+ with mood disorders.  Please join us for a friendly, confidential discussion of mood disorder-related topics and personal issues.
WHEN: 7:00pm-8:30pm 7:15-9:15pm on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month, and the Wednesday of the in-between week (check the calendar for exact meeting dates).  We ask that participants try their best to arrive before 7:00pm 7:15, so as not to disrupt the flow of the meetings.

WHERE: Sunnyside Library, 1049 Bank Street. CMHA/1355 Bank Street, 4th floor (follow the signs).

WHO:  You do not need to be a member of MDO to attend these informal gatherings, however we hope you may choose to support MDO at some point.  For more information, see our brochure or contact us (see top of page).
