Jot-A-Lot Journaling uses a variety of journaling methods combined with peer shares and support to assist in our mental health journey. The benefits of journaling to both mental and physical wellbeing are well documented. Using a journal for free-writing, worksheets, prompts or doing set exercises provides a safe outlet for examining and processing difficult emotions and situations. It also provides an opportunity to record positive thoughts, affirmations and events to serve as a reminder during more difficult times.
