In Support Squad  participants will have an opportunity to gain insights into their mental health, that of others, and through this improve in being able to identify challenges, build strengths, self-compassion, accountability and personal growth. 

 This will be a space to come together and support each other in everyday struggles and long term goals. Members will come together in a non-judgemental, safe space. As well we will discuss and share a variety of skills and tools that can positively impact our mental health, learning and sharing with each other.
