In Support Squad participants will have an opportunity to gain insights into their mental health and that of others thus improving the ability to identify challenges while building strengths, self-compassion, accountability and personal growth.  This program will be a non-judgmental, safe space to come together and support each other in everyday struggles and long-term goals.  We will present and discuss a variety of skills and tools that can positively impact our mental health through learning and sharing.
